*By securing this reservation appointment, you acknowledge that your $250.00 deposit is applied under the following situations:

If you attend the sale at your scheduled appointment time and a purchase is made, the $250.00 deposit will be applied to your down payment for the purchase of the property.
If you attend the sale at your scheduled appointment time and no purchase/sale is made, the deposit will be credited to your credit card account. Please allow seven (7) business days for any returned deposit.
If you do not attend the sale at your designated appointment time or cancel for any reason after the date of this agreement and before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
